 Year 2020 Bids Adieu!

 2020 will always be remembered in the pages of history as a year which caged whole world inside the 4 walls.  A year which set many unprecedented scenarios, a year which developed the notion of New Normal for the world order. A new milieu started taking shape with all those features which once used to be considered improbable or beyond the limits of normal when the life-threatening pandemic Covid 19 started spreading its deadly wings across the world. Although the pandemic has claimed and is still claiming many lives and has put the whole world under a freaky shudder of chaos and fear shaded with all pervasive negativity – still there has been some beautiful streaks of positivity keeping shreds of faith, hope and life illuminated and alive. Roads never appeared such wider and cleaner, river never had such sparkling and clear water, morning hues were never so vibrant and bright, sky was never such azure and families were never such happy and upbeat finding the near ones around and together for such a long time. Despite the myriad challenges and blues- the days of lockdown out of pandemic threats had countless reasons for blossom of joy too.

That’s the beauty of life. It can germinate and flourish out of the dead of rocks. Its true we can’t ignore and overlook the disaster caused by the pandemic but sometimes ignorance is bliss indeed. Why not we try to look at the positives and let go the sorrows and pain for a moment. Why be gloomy – why not be sanguine- although its quite difficult but we can give it a try----

Let’s be affirmative and count the positives! But before that let’s not forget to mention that very perk which the professionals or office goers used to relish and missed heavily during the lock down period this year and that very perquisite is ----

A home is where the heart is and the presence of hearts of family members matters a lot in calling 4 walls a home.

Families and the heart of family members are now at home. Working from home, studying from home. Working parents specially mothers have no longer have to miss their toddlers and bearing guilt of not being a good mother. The Big Hiatus – 2020 has genuinely brought smiles to people as well as nature. Taught us to face every strong challenge with sheer determination and willpower to win and survive come what may. It made us realise our inner vigour and strength to face any tough times. It has taught us not to fear but approach every adversity with right strategy and solutions to emerge as a true winner and survivor.
